Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining complex issues in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
- Maintain organized records and excellent documentation.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and the ability to foresee potential problems, proactively working to avoid them.
- Collaborate effectively with the team, contributing to a supportive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
- P&C and Life & Health licenses preferred, but not required at the time of application. Candidates must be willing to obtain these licenses within 2 months of employment.
- Experience with SF (Salesforce) is a significant plus and will be compensated at the higher end of the pay range.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a team and a desire to help lighten their workload.
- Great sense of urgency and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- No selling required.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
